Child Safety Standards
WorkWay Connect maintains zero-tolerance standards against child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and endangerment.
Eligibility
WorkWay Connect is for adults who are at least 18. Company representatives must be adults authorized to act for their organization.
Zero tolerance for exploitation
WorkWay Connect prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor, and child sexual abuse material. This prohibition applies to videos, images, profiles, jobs, messages, links, and off-platform conduct connected to use of the service.
How to report
Use the in-app report control or email WorkWay Connect with the subject Urgent child safety report. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide profile names, links, dates, and other non-graphic context instead.
Our response
In-app reports enter the moderation queue. Authorized reviewers can reject video visibility, update report status and notes, and disable accounts. Evidence preservation, additional content action, and reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or another competent authority are handled manually when required by applicable law.
