Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the service, or uploading content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you use WorkWay Connect for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be an adult who is at least 18. Company representatives must be adults authorized to act for their organization. You may use WorkWay Connect only where the service is offered and lawful. The initial release is not intentionally offered in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, use the correct Candidate or Company role, protect credentials, and promptly update your information when important changes occur. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report unauthorized access. Account credentials and verification status may not be sold, transferred, or shared to evade access controls.

Platform role

WorkWay Connect provides technology for portfolios, Company profiles, jobs, discovery, applications, messaging, and hiring workflows. WorkWay Connect is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, background-check provider, consumer-reporting agency, immigration adviser, or party to employment arrangements between users unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

WorkWay Connect does not guarantee a Candidate, job, response, interview, offer, hire, qualification, identity, compensation, workplace condition, or match outcome.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WorkWay Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, format, display, transmit, and make available that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the features you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, safety, legal, or previously authorized uses.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, including images, music, logos, trademarks, personal information, and statements about other people.

Community and acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, fake jobs, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, spam, malware, unlawful surveillance, scraping, unauthorized data resale, evasion of safety controls, and infringement of another person's rights.

Hiring responsibilities

Companies are responsible for job accuracy, authorization to hire, required wage and benefit disclosures, lawful screening, accessibility, accommodations, recordkeeping, candidate notices, worker classification, and compliance with employment and anti-discrimination laws. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, applications, qualifications, availability, and work-authorization statements.

Matching and automated tools

Compatibility scores and recommendations are informational product signals. They may be incomplete or wrong and must not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision. Employers remain responsible for any bias audit, notice, accommodation, alternative process, or other obligation triggered by their use. See Matching Transparency.

Third-party services

The service depends on third parties such as app stores, cloud and email providers, payment processors, and links supplied by users. Their services are governed by their own terms. WorkWay Connect is not responsible for an external site, employer system, payment-provider decision, or communication outside the service.

Candidate and Company accounts do not receive banner ads under the current release configuration. If contextual advertising is introduced later, those ads will not imply endorsement by WorkWay Connect. Users must not manipulate ad impressions, clicks, consent controls, or delivery systems.

Intellectual property

WorkWay Connect software, branding, design, and service content other than user content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal use of the service, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, or create derivative services from protected WorkWay Connect materials except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

Report a copyright or trademark concern to WorkWay Connect with identification of the work, the disputed material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and proof of authority to act.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

WorkWay Connect may investigate submitted reports. Authorized reviewers can reject video visibility, update report status and notes, review Company verification, and disable accounts. Additional content, job, messaging, payment-provider, platform, or authority action is handled manually where needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, address risk, or comply with law. Where appropriate, users may appeal through the process in the Community Guidelines.

You may stop using the service and delete your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits, and dispute terms, remain effective.

Service changes

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. WorkWay Connect may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated as required, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WORKWAY CONNECT DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKWAY CONNECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, an organization using WorkWay Connect is responsible for claims arising from its jobs, hiring practices, team activity, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not require a consumer to indemnify WorkWay Connect where applicable law prohibits it.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, contact WorkWay Connect and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. Applicable law and a court with lawful jurisdiction govern any unresolved dispute. These Terms do not select a forum, require arbitration, waive a jury right, or limit a non-waivable local right.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; WorkWay Connect may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service with legally required notice.
