Build a complete Portfolio and, when you are ready, add a clear introduction video. Then use Company videos and job details to decide where to apply.
- Create a Candidate accountChoose Candidate at sign-up or sign-in and complete the account prompts.
- Build your PortfolioAdd your target role, experience, skills, work preferences, availability, and other relevant details.
- Add an optional videoOpen Create to record or choose a video, preview it, add a caption, and finish the upload. A video is not required to apply.
- Discover Companies and jobsUse Home for Company videos, Discover for focused search, and Activity > Jobs for open roles.
- Apply and track progressOpen a role, choose Apply Now, add an optional note, and submit. Track your applications under Activity > Applied.

Complete verification, record a short video for each role so Candidates can see the actual work and team, publish accurate jobs, and keep applications organized from first review through the available pipeline.
- Create a Company accountChoose Company and follow the identity and business verification prompts shown after sign-in.
- Complete the Company pageAdd organization details, locations, workplace information, hiring priorities, and benefits where available.
- Record a job videoUse Create to record a short video that shows the real work, the team, and the day-to-day for the role you are hiring. This is what Candidates watch first in the Home feed, and it is the heart of WorkWay Connect.
- Publish the role with its videoOpen Activity > Jobs, choose Add a job video to attach the clip, then add the title, description, location, pay information, and required skills. Jobs with a video are shown first and get an Apply button right on the video.
- Review and organize applicantsUse Activity > Applications to review Candidates and use the available role filters, stage filters, and pipeline controls.
