Join before launch and your first roles are on us. We will come to you, record a short job video together, and publish your opening to candidates in the Twin Cities.

Common questions
How much does the pilot cost?
Nothing through December 31, 2026. Founding employers get the recording session, published openings, and applicant tools free.
How much of our time does it take?
About an hour on-site for the recording, plus a short call beforehand to plan the role details. We handle the cameras, editing, and publishing.
What if we are not comfortable on camera?
Most people feel that way at first. We guide the whole session, keep it conversational, and you approve the final video before anything publishes.
When does the app launch?
WorkWay Connect launches publicly this fall. Founding employer videos and openings go live with it, so early sign-ups get maximum visibility.
Do we have to keep using it after 2026?
No. There is no contract and no obligation. If it works for you, we will talk about next steps before the pilot ends.
