Privacy Rights
Understand and exercise the choices available for accessing, correcting, restricting, or deleting your information and requesting available export options.
Your choices
- Access and know: ask for information about account data and how it is used or disclosed.
- Correct: edit available profile fields or ask support to correct inaccurate account information.
- Delete: use in-app deletion or the external deletion process.
- Export: contact support to ask about currently available account-data export options. Self-service export is not currently available.
- Object, restrict, or appeal: make a request where the applicable law provides that right.
- Notification choices: change available notification preferences and operating-system permissions.
Advertising choices and no sale
WorkWay Connect does not currently show banner ads to Candidate or Company accounts. WorkWay Connect does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If ads are introduced later, users can revisit any required provider consent choices from Settings > Support, legal, and ownership > Ad privacy choices. Device-level privacy controls may also affect advertising identifiers and permissions.
Submit a request
Email WorkWay Connect from the account email with the subject Privacy rights request. Describe the request and the country or state where you live. Do not send a password, authentication code, payment credential, or unnecessary identity document.
Verification and authorized agents
WorkWay Connect may verify account control and request enough information to match the request to an account. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but proof of authority and direct user verification may be required.
Response and appeals
Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. If a request is denied or limited, the response will explain the reason where required and provide an appeal method when applicable. WorkWay Connect will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising a privacy right.
